Berrybushes Farm is a family owned 500 acre film-friendly farm just outside Watford in Hertfordshire. 

The farm is 5 minutes from Leavesden Studios and just across the road from Langlebury House and two minutes from the M25. 

There is one acre of hard-standing suitable for a unit base or set-build with additional parking available for 60 cars and the facility to provide a further unlimited amount of parking on surrounding fields.   

The farm has a number of units available for use as prop stores or construction workshops including a new 500 sqm drive in warehouse.
