It is located 5 mins from Leavesden studios and Watford, and 2 mins from the M25.

A 500-acre site with secure perimeter, comprising a hard-standing backlot and brownfield build-site surrounded by rolling hills and open fields, with valleys of wild meadows and mature woods with clearings, all linked by woodland tracks, country roads and a tree-lined avenue.

Suitable for a unit base or set-build with additional parking available for 60 cars and the facility to provide a further unlimited amount of parking on surrounding fields.

Industry-leading blue screen facilities is also available on-site with AirScreen Inflatables.
